What I eat

Consuming so many powders as a nutritionally complete day may be dystopian, but when time is limited, these quick-mixing elixirs are a shortcut I embrace while still aiming to have one proper meal each day.

From the top, moving clockwise, the supplements are as follows:

  8. Whey Protein
